Since the dawn of time, we have always wanted to know what's over the horizon. The EMMY award-winning television series "Beyond Your Backyard" answers our deepest desires to explore. Hosted by yours truly (Erik Hastings), each 30-minute episode explores fascinating places closer to home. All episodes are broadcast nationally on public broadcasting stations (PBS) and then available on my YouTube channel.

Writer, Producer, Actor, Jason Zumwalt has written and produced for some of the most successful Netflix, Disney, and Fox TV programs - The Ranch, starring Ashton Kutcher and Sam Elliot, Lego Master, with host Will Arnett, and coming soon to Disney+, Foodtastic, featuring the talented Keke Palmer. He’s been a frequent collaborator with Erik, going all the way back to the Daily Comedy Network where he was an integral part of its growth and success.
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Harry has spent most of the last nineteen years in New York City, recently relocating to Chicago. Harry has traveled all over the world promoting tourism and creating brand-enhancing video and still images, his work winning numerous Addy and Magellan Awards. Harry has worked with such major corporations as Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines and the PGA Tour.
